We are excited to share an important update regarding consolidating our production facilities. Effective immediately, all production and most primary shipments will occur from our 1.1-million-square-foot manufacturing facility in Winn, MI. This strategic move is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and better serve you, our valued dealers.
Our goal with this integration is to bring all production under one roof while consolidating key teams—including sales, engineering, and aftermarket support—into a single, unified business unit.
Consolidating our production into a single facility at Morbark's Winn, MI, is a strategic decision to enhance our ability to provide consistent, high-quality products and services. By centralizing production, we can improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization without compromising the high standards set at our previous facility.
Rick Raborn, Executive Vice President of the Vegetation Management Division, added, "This move allows us to enhance collaboration across our operations, leading to better product innovation and customer responsiveness. Importantly, this integration positions us for continued growth for our current products and supporting other Alamo Group brands in the future.
